Hi, I’m Alexis Norko, a filmmaker, photographer, and media creative passionate about visual storytelling across digital media. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in New Media Studies at Alma College, where I’ve developed hands-on experience in creative production, sports communication, and content creation.
My work includes directing and producing short films like Hollow Eyes and Greener Grass; reviving the Pine River Film Festival; and managing livestream and media operations for Alma College Athletics, including producing broadcasts for audiences of over 37,000 people. I’ve also written, photographed, and videoed content for athletic programs and community organizations.
In addition, I bring skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, graphic design, motion graphics, and social media strategy, allowing me to create well-rounded, impactful content. My experience across athletics, events, and community-based organizations has strengthened my ability to tell stories that connect with audiences.
On campus, I serve as president of the Art Club and vice president of the Pine River Film Club, while also competing on the women's lacrosse team—experiences that have shaped me as a collaborative leader.
At my core, I’m driven to create meaningful stories that engage audiences and leave a lasting impact.
